Day 13

"Exercise"

We both are finally motivated to loose the "baby" weight. In the evenings we go for a run or bike ride as a family. As well, we are doing a 30-day-challenge for squats, sit-ups, and push-ups; each day the reps increase. Exercising is hard work but it's so worth it.
